Terry Isbel, Founder
Terry started selling life insurance at 19 years old, knocking door to door. He started off thinking he’d just sell insurance until he found something else, but his love for insurance grew and he went on to open his own agency. He is happily “semi” retired with his wife of 55 years, but with 8 grandchildren and a ‘67 Mustang that he is loves to drive, he sure hasn’t slowed down much!
With over 30 years of car building experience and in-depth knowledge of different makes, models and values, Terry continues to be our expert underwriter and appraiser for anything collectible with wheels!
Chaz Goodin, Agent/Owner, Sales and Marketing
Chaz and his wife, Stephanie, are the owners of Elite Insurance Group. They value relationships and strive to give their clients the best possible service and care. Insurance can be overwhelming and confusing & they hope to make it as easy and as stress free as possible.
Chaz and Stephanie have three wonderful children along with two small Shih-Tzus. They co-lead the young adult ministry at their local church in Fountain City and also serves there as an Elder.

Stephanie, daughter of Terry, co-owns Elite Insurance with her husband, Chaz, and serves as a licensed agent and account manager. Specializing in small business insurance and workers' compensation, she is well-versed in managing risks across various industries.

She is married to Brandon and they serve together at Fountain City Church in the Café and on the Welcome Team. She is a Roane State alumni with a degree in biology and enjoys reading books and crafting floral arrangements for special occasions.

With over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Lori is dedicated to going the extra mile for her clients’ auto, home, business, life and bond insurance needs.
